

Salon Policies
Children:
We welcome children as clients, but for the safety of the little ones, as well as everyone else, we cannot accommodate them as guests. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointments.
Late Policy:
Clients who are running 10-15 minutes late should call the stylist or salon directly. After this window of time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation policy:
ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE AND CONFIRMED BY ONE OF OUR RECEPTIONISTS not less than 24 hours from your expected appointment or you will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Leaving a voice mail or texting your cancelation is not considered canceled.
A “no show” will be subject to 100% of the service booked. We will require a credit card at the time of booking.
It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all our clients. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will evaluate what can be done in the remaining allotted time. If nothing can be done, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point, we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and time.

Satisfaction:
We can’t fix what we might not know is broken, it is our job to provide amazing hair services. Please feel comfortable enough to let your stylist know if anything may need to be changed.
